Our Pillars
LEADERSHIP
To promote our Leadership Pillar, we offer many opportunities for our members to develop their leadership skills. Pictured above are some ladies from our chapter who attended the National Leadership Conference, where they got the chance to listen to professional speakers, make new connections, and bring ideas back to our chapter.
SERVICE
Service is one of our important pillars to us. Our favorite activity is to do ag in the classroom which is pictured. We also particpate in other activites like Farm Rescue, Harvest Hope, and many other local organizations.
SCHOLARSHIP
We love to have alumni come in and share a few words about their everyday life being a women in ag. We also host several different schlorship nights, where we meet up, study together, and enjoy yummy snacks!
FELLOWSHIP
Our social chair is constantly planning fun events with other fraternities and sororities. A couple we have done in the past were flag football, painting, and study nights.
